The environmental benefits - like renewable energy from free solar panels fitted to every home, insulation throughout walls and ceilings to the special bore water scheme to water your gardens – were a big plus. The future savings were instantly obvious. With all the infrastructure in place such as schools and trains so close by, not to mention the large open spaces, parks and mature trees that make the development stand out from the rest. It was an easy decision for us to make in the end. The process made all the easier by the “non-pushy” sales team who were so easy to work with and always there to answer any questions. Our builder Move Homes have also been a delight to deal with making it a smooth and stress-free build so far."

"We decided to build our new home but were frustrated searching for the right area; we wanted a decent sized block that was fairly priced. Then we discovered Rosehill Waters… a beautiful estate, with open spaces, a living stream, mature trees and picnic areas to name just a few of its attractions. Location- the historic town of Guildford speaks for itself and Rosehill Waters is close to the Helena River. The Blocks are great sizes and are decently priced. The Development will be one of the most eco-sustainable and envirofriendly, with solar panels, connection tothe community bore scheme and laminated window glazing as standard! This also means our utility bills will be greatly reduced. Our experience with the Rosehill Waters staff has been nothing short of Brilliant!!! We honestly cannot emphasise that enough! "We liked the idea of a smaller block and house that suits our lifestyle and at Rosehill Waters we found the full range – from big to small size blocks – to choose from. We have been looking at buying or building for some time and then, about 12 months ago. We found Rosehill Waters. Then 12 months later we re-visited Rosehill Waters as we felt very comfortable with the area, the way the development was progressing, locations to the City, Airport, Transport and West Swan Wineries. Most importantly for us was to have someone to guide us through the many steps of the Land and build rocess which Martyn understands fully.
