• Rosehill Waters Development Updates

    Mar 21, 2024

Time is running out for those who want to secure a lot in Rosehill Waters! Demand has been high and we've sold over 100 lots in the past 12 months alone. With Stage 6 already 90% sold out, the next 52 lots in Stage 7 won't be around for long!

Don't miss your chance to call South Guildford home and experience the charm of our unique location. Whether you're looking to upgrade or relocate to The Valley, now is the time to seize this last opportunity to call Rosehill Waters your home.

We are about to launch sales Stage 7 and commence civil construction of the roads and services which we anticipate will be complete in late Spring this year. These works will also see the completion of road upgrade works to West Parade, along with the undergrounding of adjacent overhead powerlines as promised. Housing construction in this area is likely to commence in early 2025.

The South Guildford community’s overwhelming 70% vote of support for the rezoning and Rosehill Lodge Hospitality Vision is greatly appreciated, and we remain hopeful that in the months to come the City Councillors vote supporting your views. The City of Swan is currently advertising the LPS Amendment 223, paving the way for hospitality offerings at the Rosehill Lodge. The proposal allows land uses such as a tavern and short-stay accommodation, which helps support investment in the restoration of the old Rosehill Lodge building.

The recent hospitality operator EOI process brought with it clear feedback that the costs of refurbishing the Lodge would be significant so it's imperative the uses are approved to ensure confidence and remove risks for the hospitality operators/investors. Once this step is completed we expect to be able to recommence detailed discussions with the interested parties.

In other news, our earlier development stages, Stage 2 and 3, are nearing completion with many families already settled in. While some homes are still undergoing finishing touches, we anticipate all streets to be fully completed within the next six months. The transformation of these areas with newly planted trees and landscaped verges is providing attractive settings for the 250 families residing there.

It has already been a great start to the year and we’re looking forward to watching the community continue to grow in the months ahead as the Valley takes shape. With Easter almost upon us, we wish you a safe and happy holiday!
