We are excited to announce that the name, ‘The Valley' has been adopted for the final stages of the Rosehill Waters revitalisation project, with the area set to be a unique component of the development. 

If you’re wondering why the name was selected, it is because of the natural topography of the land where ‘The Valley’ will be built. Set on two sides of the creek, the land overlooks a beautiful valley, with picturesque views of a charming creek line that meanders through the landscape and eventually merges with the Helena reserve waterways.

In the middle of The Valley, residents will have the pleasure of looking down a gentle hillside towards the new parkland, and gigantic flame tree creating a tranquil and scenic atmosphere next to the creek.

Perfectly positioned on the northside of West Parade, The Valley will capitalise on the natural sunlight exposure provided by a north facing orientation, providing an ideal setting for residents to enjoy the warmth and brightness of each day. When will it get underway?

Construction on the first phase of this highly anticipated project is expected to commence within the next few months. 

In preparation, we are relocating the existing Rosehill Sales Office to the Rosehill Lodge. This relocation will happen at the end of July and will ensure that we have an onsite presence available for potential buyers and interested parties.
