The Rosehill Waters Estate ticked all these boxes for us and had the added benefit of being environmentally friendly with larger blocks - so we could build our dream home and still have room in the back yard for the children to play and a pool. I knew I needed to downsize my family home but not knowing which area I would like to move to was proving a challenge.

My wife and I discovered Rosehill Waters by chance one Sunday morning while we were out looking for blocks.

All of a sudden we came upon a very hidden treasure!!!! The minute we drove into the estate, our faces lit up!! We knew we had found our new home.

The landscaping of the estate is absolutely beautiful. A country feeling in the middle of South Guildford city.

Embarking on the journey of buying land to build our first home on was all a bit daunting to start with!
